




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of field activities, guaranteeing adherence to the schedule, quality, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Integrated involvement in construction management and occupational safety The professional will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the execution of field activities, guaranteeing adherence to the schedule, service quality, worksite organization, and compliance with safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor planning and execution of activities together with the responsible Engineer, in accordance with the construction schedule; * Assign tasks and supervise operational teams, ensuring productivity and organization; * Control construction resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and tools; * Monitor quality standards, material flow, and storage at the worksite; * Collaborate with the Construction Supervisor to identify issues and define corrective actions; * Report any deviations or non-conformities in executed processes to the Supervisor; * Ensure proper material storage to prevent waste and damage; * Request materials according to construction phase progress and established planning; * Monitor and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety regulations; * Ensure correct use of PPE and conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS); * Maintain worksite and adjacent areas organized, clean, and safe; * Support administrative routines when necessary, such as timekeeping control and HR document distribution; * Provide customer service, clarifying construction progress in the Engineer’s absence; * Work collaboratively with the Construction Supervisor and Construction Coordinator to ensure smooth activity execution. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Technical course in Electrical Engineering; * Proven experience as Construction Supervisor, Foreman, or similar role; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience managing teams, materials, and schedules; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and PPE usage; * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for customer and team interaction; * Basic knowledge of construction administrative routines; * Willingness to work on-site.
