The Controller will be responsible for managing financial, accounting, and tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and proper utilization of company resources. Responsibilities: * Prepare and analyze financial reports * Perform accounting and tax closing * Monitor budget and cash flow * Develop and implement internal controls * Participate in the company's strategic planning * Manage the accounting and finance team Requirements: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience as a Controller or in similar roles * Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation * Proficiency in financial management tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and leadership abilities
