




Job Summary: Assist in organizing and monitoring academic activities, manage class and student data, and support the pedagogical process, including communication with parents and guardians. Direct assistance to students and teachers in teaching activities Description: * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; * A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Pedagogy is a plus; 1\. Assist the coordination team in organizing class schedules and other academic activities by preparing timetables and agendas, as well as forwarding them to faculty members, ensuring activities proceed as planned. 2\. Enter data related to class schedules, classes, and subjects taught by faculty into the designated system. 3\. Contact students' parents or guardians by phone in cases of absences or other relevant incidents requiring follow-up, to enhance control and monitoring. 4\. Record and maintain up-to-date student progress records, generating information for improved pedagogical assessment and monitoring by Educational Guidance, Pedagogical Coordination, and families. 5\. Print assignments and materials for teachers and students upon request. 6\. Assist students temporarily unable to take exams by reading questions aloud and transcribing their answers. 7\. Support teachers and/or Course Coordinators in administering exams, assessments, and conducting activities. 8\. Provide joint support to parents and students together with the Coordination team through personalized meetings, phone calls, and specific records to inform, guide, and assist them with their pedagogical and disciplinary challenges, thereby ensuring service quality. 9\.
