Description:
* Technical course in automotive or electromechanical mechanics;
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related fields is desirable;
* Driver's license category B.
* Driver's license category D is desirable.
* Evaluate and guide mechanics during the execution of complex services, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Conduct tests, inspections, and verifications according to the manufacturer's standards.
* Prepare reports, open tickets, and act as a liaison between the dealership and the manufacturer.
* Share best practices and training with the team.
* Support less experienced professionals, ensuring continuous development.
* Ensure service excellence by providing effective solutions to complex problems.
* Validate high-value parts requests to avoid unnecessary costs.
