Job Summary: Responsible for people management, dissemination of corporate culture, supervision of shareholder service activities, as well as installation and maintenance of broadband products. Serving corporate and individual customers ### **Responsibilities** PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Practice and disseminate the company's mission, vision, values, and management principles to safeguard the company's image and reinforce its culture. Manage people by establishing objectives and goals, structuring work, developing and providing training tools for associates, and managing and evaluating results. INVESTOR RELATIONS: Supervise and ensure execution of activities related to shareholder service. ### **Position Overview** OK: Responsible for installing and maintaining optical broadband, xDSL, and STFC products. Serving corporate clients, micro and small enterprises (MSEs), and individual customers. This role also requires knowledge of Algar's offered products, as the incumbent is also responsible for recommending migration or upgrade of broadband products, including GPON or STFC.
