We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator to perform the following activities: * Coordinate and guide the team regarding predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of electro-electronic automation systems, HVAC systems, and structured cabling; * Control and delegate improvement and fault-correction activities; * Meet contractual deadlines and monitor administrative tasks related to the technical team; * Detailed coordination of critical activities, including UPS, generator, chiller, and primary switchgear maintenance, ensuring adherence to established procedures; * Monitor team performance in responding to incidents and service requests via the ticketing system (TOA and others); * Prepare KPI and management reports; * Interface with other company departments to ensure and demonstrate audit- and certification-level evidence, as well as participate in customer audits and certifications (including new and re-certifications); * Participate in complex HVAC and electrical maintenance services; assist in inspecting flooring, doors, lighting, racks, shielding; resolve critical issues; schedule maintenance; provide technical oversight of suppliers; conduct load tests; analyze project documentation; develop schedules for minor construction works; coordinate minor construction projects; prepare technical reports; oversee maintenance of highly critical electrical installations without power interruption; * Review ongoing maintenance contract contents; provide technical support to customers; possess deep technical knowledge and expertise in critical data center and telecom environments; * Maintain provided documentation and clearly and objectively describe completed work on service orders, obtaining customer signature upon job completion; * Fulfill contractual obligations; * Ensure equipment operational efficiency; * Guarantee standardization of preventive and corrective maintenance methods; * Enforce contractual obligations, support team activity execution, and supervise maintenance quality. 2512050202181841277
