**Responsibilities:** * Supervise the team’s operational activities, ensuring adherence to procedures, goals, and performance indicators. * Monitor employee productivity, quality, and performance, proposing continuous improvements. * Conduct training sessions, provide guidance, and deliver feedback to foster team development. * Plan work schedules, task distribution, and resource allocation according to daily demand. * Monitor operational incidents, resolve issues, and ensure uninterrupted service delivery. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, safety policies, and client requirements. * Prepare operational reports and present results to coordination/management. * Support onboarding processes for new employees and implementation of new projects. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress preferred). * Prior experience in supervision or operational leadership. * Skills in people management, communication, and decision-making. * Knowledge of operational KPIs and report preparation. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in service provision/cleaning/security/maintenance (adjust according to your specific field). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
