Job Summary: We are seeking a frontend developer to build high-quality product experiences, collaborating with product and engineering teams while ensuring quality through testing and monitoring. Commitment to frontend quality, including testing and monitoring. **Responsibilities/Mission:** * Deliver high-quality product experiences quickly, ensuring strong reliability in tests and production. **You will:** * Build and iterate user-facing features with a focus on clarity, performance, and maintainability. * Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs, handling data fetching, state management, error handling, and performance considerations. * Own frontend quality: automated testing, CI checks, release preparation, and post-launch monitoring. * Collaborate with product/engineering to clarify scope and define acceptance criteria. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to proactively identify UX and technical risks, propose appropriate solutions, and drive them to implementation. * Experience instrumenting frontend behavior to ensure observability, including error monitoring, performance tracking, and critical user flow analysis. * Advanced English is essential, with proven experience working with U.S.-based companies. **Testing Culture**: Strong commitment to maintaining quality practices and continuous validation. **Nice-to-have:** * Prior experience with React (including building reusable components, state management, and applying performance and maintainability best practices in large-scale applications). * We also consider experience with other frontend technologies beyond React. * Prior experience in the healthcare domain is a plus. **Important Note:** The client is expanding its team in Curitiba; therefore, we seek candidates from this region.
