If you are a professional passionate about your work and eager to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Performance Analyst**: * Design strategic and operational approaches for digital traffic generation; * Continuously monitor campaigns against CPL, CPA, CRT, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC, and ROI metrics to propose and implement optimizations and improvements; * Conduct analyses, derive insights and learnings from digital activities, and develop testing methodologies; * Manage online media, produce reports, and analyze campaigns; * Lead technical meetings with internal clients to present actions, interpret results, and plan next steps. **Requirements and Qualifications** Do you identify with our challenge?
