Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Controller to manage maintenance operations, supervise mechanics' activities, organize the workshop, and prepare technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance 2. Supervise activities of internal and external mechanics 3. Organize the workshop and prepare technical reports We distribute original spare parts nationwide for heavy yellow machinery from top Chinese brands: LIUGONG, LONKING, SEM, SDLG, XGMA, XCMG, and others. Additionally, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance services for machinery, as well as component rebuilding, including YTO, YUCHAI, CUMMINS, and DEUTZ engines, and ZF transmissions. We currently have an open position for a Mechanical Maintenance Controller. Your main responsibilities: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, Create work orders (WO), Supervise activities of internal and external mechanics. Direct workshop organization, Prepare technical reports for customers, Contact customers and suppliers, Request parts via system, Monitor workshop expenses and consumables, Manage the light vehicle fleet, Prepare service provider payment spreadsheets. Requirements Experience in maintenance planning and control for yellow-line vehicles/machinery in general. Mechanical technician certified by SENAI or CEFET, or graduate/student in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.
