Job Summary: Responsible for hydraulic, electrical, civil, air conditioning, and safety maintenance, acting preventively to ensure proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive maintenance of hydraulic and low-voltage electrical systems. 2. Performing minor civil repairs and painting. 3. Safety inspections and supervision of service providers. ATTENTION: All our job openings are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Required Qualifications: Completed elementary education and NR10 certification. Job Responsibilities: 1. Hydraulic Systems (Water and Sewage) Repairing faucets, valves, flush valves, and siphons. Cleaning and inspecting water tanks and piping. Simple unclogging of sewage and stormwater networks. 2. Electrical Systems (Low Voltage) Replacing lamps, ballasts, outlets, and switches. Tightening terminals and inspecting electrical panels. Identifying short circuits or tripped circuit breakers. 3. Civil Maintenance and Minor Repairs Minor masonry, plasterboard, and plaster repairs. Interior and exterior painting (wall touch-ups and common areas). Repairing locks, door hinges, gates, and windows. Repairing floors, tiles, and glass. 4. Air Conditioning and Mechanical Systems Inspecting noises and operation of pool equipment. Lubricating bearings and mechanical components. 5. Safety and Routine Procedures Inspecting fire suppression systems (extinguishers, hoses, hydrants). Inspecting building structure for cracks or water infiltration. Supervising third-party service providers (elevators, automation).
