We uphold quality, innovation, and commitment to nature. **Responsibilities:** * Manage personnel and processes across the entire landscape project implementation area, including residential homes, condominiums, and partnerships with construction companies. * Ensure quality, deadlines, workflow efficiency, and project outcomes. * Conduct interviews, onboarding, and team training. * Administrative management: attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, meal vouchers, personal protective equipment (PPE), uniforms, and documentation. * Planning and control of work schedules and resource allocation. * Daily monitoring of KPIs, goals, and performance indicators, including action plans. * Oversight of departmental payment orders. * Liaison with landscape architects and the commercial department. * Client relationship management from project inception through final delivery. * Management of project initiation, progress tracking, closure, and reactivation. * Preparation, verification, and submission of operational reports. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
