**Junior Landscape Implementation Assistant** We are a company with over 50 years of experience in the market, specialized in the production of ornamental plants and comprehensive landscape solutions. Our operations range from cultivating large trees and palm trees to developing and implementing landscape projects, supported by a multidisciplinary team. We value quality, innovation, and commitment to nature. **Responsibilities:** * Conducting site visits (project kick-off, daily supervision, project closure — using the company’s vehicle); * Preparing departmental reports (kick-off, delays and site preparation, procedures, urgent matters, among others); * Monitoring and recording KPIs; * Recording, monitoring, and presenting departmental targets (Power BI); * Contract amendments and addenda; * Performing reductions with billing adjustments; * Requesting purchases, transfers, returns, and deliveries for the department; * Marking up project plans; * Leading meetings with clients (explaining processes, schedules, etc.); **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in related fields. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an engineering analyst or assistant in civil construction or landscaping projects. * Driver’s license category B (minimum 2 years’ validity). * Technical Skills: Resource and team management, effective communication and blueprint reading, Excel/spreadsheets, Power BI. Proficiency with computer systems. * Behavioral Skills: Deadline-oriented, strong communication, adaptability, and proactivity.
