




JUNIOR BACKOFFICE ANALYST **Job Description** We are seeking an analytical and proactive professional to work at the core of our network operations. Your mission will be to transform "no's" into "yes's" by analyzing service orders (SOs) with technical or commercial impediments and identifying engineering and relationship-based solutions to ensure customer activation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Handling Infeasibilities:** Analyze SOs with technical impediments, using georeferencing tools to identify opportunities for reversal. * **Network Projects:** Design new ODFs (Optical Distribution Frames), plan network expansions, densifications, and risers (opening AMPs). * **Obstruction Management:** Resolve infrastructure-related issues (internal and external obstructions) that prevent installation. * **Sales Sanitization:** Address cases involving incomplete addresses, incorrect sales, and cancellation requests, acting as a facilitator across departments. * **Cross-Departmental Interface:** Maintain direct contact with end customers, the Commercial Team, and field technical teams to enable service delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Geographic Tools Proficiency:** Experience with **Connect Master** and **Google Earth** (mandatory). * **Network Knowledge:** Understanding of external fiber-optic networks (FTTH), ODFs, and building infrastructure/risers. * **Specific Systems:** Familiarity with the Algar ecosystem (**SOM, CRM, TOA**). * **Behavioral Profile:** Excellent communication skills for negotiating with customers and internal departments, results-oriented mindset, and ability to solve complex problems. **Work Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, during business hours. * **Flexibility:** Flexible lunch break options (08:00–18:00 with 2-hour lunch break OR 08:00–17:30 with 1.5-hour lunch break). * **Location:** Uberlândia * **Employment Type:** CLT
