Planning and control of multiple landscape projects Job Description for Implementation Coordinator I: We are seeking a professional to serve as Implementation Coordinator I, responsible for coordinating the Landscape Project Implementation sector on construction sites, managing multiple teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality. Responsibilities: * Perform full management of the Landscape Implementation area, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and operational results. * Coordinate the implementation team (analysts, foremen, and gardeners), handling people management, work schedule organization, and team development. * Plan, monitor, and control the execution of multiple landscape projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with contracts, schedules, and defined scope. * Interpret project documents to ensure correct implementation according to the defined and approved scope by the Projects Department and the client. * Act as the client-facing manager throughout the entire project implementation phase. * Identify and propose process improvements within the Implementation sector. * Monitor departmental performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practices during implementation service execution.
