Join our team! ### **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage the fleet telematics system, ensuring proper operation, data extraction, analysis, and interpretation * Analyze driving indicators (speed, braking, fuel consumption, routes, and stops), identifying operational risks, usage deviations, and opportunities for cost savings and preventive maintenance * Prepare managerial telematics reports, presenting analyses, alerts, and corrective action proposals to leadership * Plan and organize vehicle allocation, mobilization, dispatch, and return according to operational needs * Conduct periodic inspections and delivery/return checklists, ensuring vehicles remain in good condition and intact * Manage reimbursements, operational costs, and support financial management related to the fleet * Track deadlines and execution of services with suppliers, including maintenance, installations, and technical adaptations * Coordinate vehicle and equipment acquisition and regularization processes (license plate registration, documentation, IPVA, tachograph, telematics, and accessories) * Provide necessary resources and materials for preventive and corrective maintenance * Drive continuous improvement of fleet management and maintenance processes, aligned with role requirements ### **Technical Requirements** * Prior experience in fleet and vehicle logistics management * Knowledge of vehicle telematics systems, with ability to analyze and interpret data * Proficiency in Excel for preparing managerial reports, charts, and performance indicators * Understanding of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance, including delivery and return checklist procedures * Familiarity with digital fleet management platforms and processes related to mobilization, logistics, and vehicle reimbursements * Basic knowledge of traffic legislation and regulations applicable to fleet management * Driver's license category B (desirable) ### **Behavioral Profile** * Analytical and organized profile, with attention to detail in data and operational process management * Proactive in identifying issues and proposing fleet management improvements * Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude for interacting with internal teams, supervisors, and suppliers * Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure while meeting deadlines and priorities * Flexibility to adapt to change, new technologies, and evolving operational contexts Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
