




Job Summary: A professional to assist in developing schedules, monitor activity progress, ensure service quality, and supervise various construction projects—leading teams and ensuring safety. Ensuring quality and workplace safety Responsibilities: * Assist in developing activity schedules and distribute tasks among teams; * Monitor activity progress and adjust resource allocation when necessary; * Ensure services are performed in accordance with designs, technical specifications, and quality standards; * Supervise execution of earthwork, civil, infrastructure, and demolition projects. * Lead teams of workers, including masons, laborers, carpenters, and electricians; * Promote motivation and discipline in the workplace; * Identify training needs and suggest capacity-building initiatives; * Ensure all workers comply with occupational safety regulations; * Report incidents and propose corrective measures to prevent accidents; * Keep the Site Foreman and/or Engineer informed about work progress and any issues on site; * Prepare daily construction reports, including progress, problems, and material usage. Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Technical course in Building Construction or ongoing Civil Engineering degree preferred; * Experience leading operational teams at construction sites; * Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and installation drawings; * Basic knowledge of earthwork and paving techniques is a plus.
