Requires organization and proactivity in managing commercial processes **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Jardim Canadá, Nova Lima – MG **Responsibilities:** * Attend to customers contacting the company by phone, listening to their needs and clarifying details for commercial proposals; * Formulate proposals for customers considering requested items, installation location, mobilizations, assembly, coupling, commercial and technical conditions, and customer data; * Estimate freight costs for inclusion in proposals; * Negotiate with customers regarding price, delivery timelines, and payment terms; * Contact customers by phone after sending the proposal to open a negotiation channel; * Coordinate with factory management regarding product availability timelines; * Schedule delivery timelines with logistics; * Issue routing instructions for finalized proposals to the factory and logistics; * Register customers in the system; * Provide post-sales support to customers, collaborating with the factory to resolve issues or difficulties encountered during product delivery; * Receive potential customer complaints, direct them appropriately, and support problem resolution; * Maintain a clean and organized workstation; * Comply with the company’s established code of conduct. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Experience in the field; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with ERP systems; * Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 2.500,00 **Benefits:** Coffee and lunch provided at the company, Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher (R$ 350,00), Medical Plan (Unimed), Dental Plan (Unimed), Attendance Bonus (R$ 500,00).
