Location: On-site at client; Employment type: PJ **Desired profile**: We are seeking a Project Manager to collaborate closely with the client and business partners. Responsibilities include: Maintaining and executing the detailed rollout plan (site sequence, time windows, operational dependencies), previously agreed upon between Partner and Client; Anticipating and removing operational impediments (access permissions, local scheduling, equipment and technician logistics); Conducting quick, regular meetings with regional teams to review status, blockers, and next steps; Maintaining a consolidated view of status per region (sites completed, in progress, blocked); Chasing and monitoring action plans for delays and pending items, reporting only critical issues to Partner, Client, and Positec; Producing a concise daily report (output, blockers, critical sites) for project sponsors; Serving as the single point of operational escalation for field issues (access, schedule conflicts, local/regional matters); Required: Prior experience in the same or similar role for over 3 years; Creating reports/dashboards and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, etc.; Ability to manage and deliver services with minimal supervision; **How to apply:** Send your resume to cesar.rodrigues@positec.com.br with subject line: Project Manager \- BH or contact us via phone: 11 9 4873 4583\.
