With a qualified team, it operates in public schools, philanthropic educational institutions, and sociocommunity programs, guided by the values of ethics, responsibility, commitment, collaboration, empathy, and respect! **About the Position:** Responsible for implementing pedagogical projects aimed at developing socioemotional competencies and skills among teachers, school leaders, and specialists in schools served by the program. The main function is to train educators in the adopted socioemotional methodology and provide continuous support for applying practices and pedagogical materials in the classroom. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Knowledge of Socioemotional Education: Mastery of socioemotional competencies outlined in the Brazilian National Common Curriculum (BNCC) and principles of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). * Digital Skills: Ability to efficiently use online teaching tools and platforms to facilitate learning. * Effective Communication: Skill to communicate clearly, assertively, and motivationally with students and educators, adapting language to the audience. * Empathy and Sensitivity: Ability to understand and respond to students’ emotional and educational needs, fostering a welcoming environment. * Time Management: Organizational ability to conduct multiple online interactions, meet deadlines, and monitor participants’ progress. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, or related teaching fields (e.g., Philosophy, Sociology, and others); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience as an online tutor, teacher, or educational mediator; * Practical knowledge of distance learning platforms and videoconferencing tools; ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Customer Service, Microsoft Office Suite, Effective Communication, Report Analysis, Socioemotional Skills, Organization and Time Management, Proficiency in EAD Platforms and Educational Environments, Report Writing, Data Analysis, Adherence to Continuing Education Schedules and Timelines ### **Benefits:** Free Dental Plan, Life Insurance, TotalPass, Meal Allowance ### **Department:** Pedagogical
