Across all these sectors, we deliver efficient, customized solutions grounded in long-term commitments to both public and private enterprises. **Join Us! \#VemSerActemium \#VenhaTrabalharConosco** **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a **Project Documentation Assistant** to support the organization, control, and management of administrative and technical project documentation, directly contributing to information efficiency and traceability. **Main Responsibilities** Support project documentation activities, including receipt, registration, classification, and archiving of documents and correspondence. Control technical, administrative, supplier, and reference documents within company systems. Verify document integrity (numbering, title, date, and electronic code). Issue and manage Document Dispatch Guides according to the distribution matrix. Digitize, publish, and archive documents (PDF and physical). Keep documents updated in the PDM system and internal network. Develop and update the document distribution matrix. Support project management with administrative and documentation-related requests. Assist in requisitioning office supplies for the project. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in administrative routines.
