Job Summary: The professional will receive and serve visitors, recruit new students, handle enrollments and mock exams, answer phone calls, issue documents, assist in enrollment tracking, and conduct competitive research. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and serve internal and external visitors with quality and clarity 2. Recruit new students and handle enrollment processes 3. Participate in academic events and student recruitment activities **WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM; alternating Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM; and Sundays as scheduled when necessary, with possible schedule variations.** **Description:** Receive and serve internal and external visitors, ensuring high-quality and clear communication. Recruit new students. Handle enrollment processes for courses, mock exams, and related activities—including information provision, registration, and result delivery; Answer and make telephone calls, providing appropriate follow-up; Issue various documents related to students' status; Assist in daily completion of the enrollment control spreadsheet, selection process tracking, and registration records; Conduct competitive research via telephone and in person; Handle cash register closing and reconciliation procedures; Support weekend academic events; Participate in selection processes and weekend scheduling during enrollment periods; Participate in student recruitment initiatives; Perform other duties relevant and necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
