We are committed to providing a safe work environment for our employees. **LOCATION:** Betim, Minas Gerais. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary * Attractive benefits aligned with multinational standards **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields, with active registration at the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ). * Prior experience with paints for plastic parts. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor process parameters and automatic and manual paint application systems; * Control key activities related to the process and application that may impact painting quality; * Track material performance, performing adjustments and additions; * Manage and calculate paint consumption; * Prepare and present all reports related to key performance indicators defined by both Axalta and the customer; * Perform logistical, administrative, fiscal, and quality control of materials. * Serve as the primary contact for internal Axalta departments (GBT, Opps, Quality), reporting quality complaints or necessary improvements. **Open position with immediate start.** **Our Company:** Axalta has remained at the forefront of the coatings industry by continually investing in innovative solutions.
