Develop educational projects and inclusion initiatives **Job Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate pedagogical activities with teachers. * Guide teachers on methodologies, teaching practices, and assessment. * Monitor student performance and propose strategies to improve learning outcomes. * Organize pedagogical meetings and continuous professional development for school staff. * Participate in class councils and meetings with parents and guardians. * Develop educational projects and inclusion initiatives. * Analyze and propose improvements to the school curriculum. * Prepare pedagogical reports and educational documents. * Mediate conflicts within the school environment, fostering a healthy organizational climate. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy**, from an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); **Additional Information:** Work Location: Schools in the municipality of Betim.
