We are looking for a Tax Coordinator to join a solid, well-structured accounting firm currently undergoing strategic reorganization of its tax department, with emphasis on close leadership, team development, and excellence in deliverables. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise tax activities, ensuring compliance with legislation. * Lead a team of approximately 5 to 6 professionals within a departmentalized structure. * Conduct technical meetings with strategic clients. * Monitor deliverables, deadlines, and quality of tax processes. * Provide continuous feedback and facilitate weekly and monthly alignment sessions. * Develop the team, ensuring technical and behavioral growth. * Prepare managerial reports for senior management. * Serve as the technical reference for Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real regimes. * Support operational tasks during specific periods (not the primary focus of the role). **Important:** This position is strategic and primarily focused on people management — it is not an operational role. Requirements: * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the tax area. * Prior experience as a Coordinator, Supervisor, or Senior Analyst with leadership responsibilities. * Experience working in an accounting firm. * Solid knowledge of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real). * Experience in team management, performance monitoring, and feedback delivery. * Leadership profile characterized by proximity, focus on development, and results orientation. * Familiarity with the Domínio system will be considered a plus. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (not necessarily in Accounting — practical experience is more relevant).
