Then, \#JoinSenacMinas too! **Important** **For information on Senac Minas selection processes, please visit our careers page:** https://trabalheconoscosenacmg.gupy.io/ *This opportunity is open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and those rehabilitated by INSS, in alignment with our commitment to inclusion and diversity.* **Responsibilities and Duties** **As an Executive Maître, your main challenges will be:** * Plan and coordinate dining room operations, ensuring agility, courtesy, and organization in guest service; * Supervise table setup, staff posture, and service pace of waiters and busboys; * Ensure compliance with service standards and institutional guidelines; * Support team coordination, scheduling, training, and feedback delivery; * Monitor dining room cleaning and sanitation, including furniture, utensils, tablecloths, and napkins; * Oversee beverage and food replenishment, maintaining minimum stock levels; * Supervise dish finalization, preparation of juices, beverages, and cocktails; * Guarantee excellent service with professional and courteous conduct; * Monitor satisfaction indicators and proactively address issues; * Analyze processes and propose continuous improvements; * Control inventory of cleaning supplies and dining room consumables; * Request restocking as required by operational needs; * Conduct technical and behavioral training for the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and food & beverage (F&B) establishments and/or hospitality. **You’ll stand out if you have:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) – Category B; * English language skills; * Sommelier training or certification. **Location and Work Schedule:** * Belo Horizonte/MG (in-person work) * Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with availability for night shifts as needed. **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * CLT employment contract; * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal or food allowance; * Snack allowance; * Birthday day off; * Medical and dental plans; * SESC partnership; * Childcare assistance — per internal benefits policy rules; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Incentive scholarship (after 6 months of employment); * Tuition fee exemption for Senac courses (after 3 months of employment). **Have you ever imagined transforming thousands of lives through your work?** That’s how it is here at Senac Minas!
