**Education Requirement**:
Completed High School
**Experience**:
6 months of related experience in an educational setting
**Knowledge & Responsibilities**:
✔ Relay relevant information to students and their guardians regarding changes or events affecting the school routine, distributing circulars, notices, and bulletins in classrooms as directed by the Pedagogical Team.
✔ Maintain discipline throughout school premises and during student entry and exit, as well as ensure proper uniform usage.
✔ Receive students referred by teachers for disciplinary issues and guide them on appropriate procedures; refer serious cases to the school counselor.
✔ Inspect school premises to verify whether students are outside classrooms or whether teachers require assistance, ensuring appropriate disciplinary conditions for school operations.
✔ Monitor individual student use of Hall Passes for restroom/water breaks, visits to coordination/counseling/secretariat, etc., and notify management of any irregularities.
✔ Support teachers in the educational process, assisting with test administration and supervising student discipline during daily school activities.
✔ Control student entry and exit, as well as recess, lunch, and other off-classroom movements and activities, observing tolerance timeframes to comply with school procedures.
✔ Manage, distribute, and collect sports equipment and supervise use of sports courts.
✔ Welcome parents/guardians and other visitors during school festivals, events, and assessment days.
✔ Distribute circulars, notices, and bulletins in classrooms per instructions from the educational counselor;
✔ Post and remove notices on school communication bulletin boards.
✔ Contribute to the creation and maintenance of commemorative bulletin boards;
✔ Maintain student incident records, documenting relevant occurrences as stipulated in the School Bylaws.
✔ Serve the public (internal and external) courteously and professionally—receiving, informing, and guiding individuals—to deliver comprehensive and differentiated service.
✔ Carry out tasks according to directives and priorities set by the immediate supervisor and educational counselor, adhering to institutional norms and procedures with quality and safety.
✔ Ensure proper care of equipment, instruments, assets, and consumables assigned for use, requesting maintenance, repairs, and replacements from responsible departments whenever necessary.
✔ Keep the workplace clean and organized, disposing of waste generated within school premises and curriculum-related activities into appropriate containers and designated areas, safeguarding occupational health and environmental standards.
✔ Support the immediate supervisor and educational counselor on matters within the scope of this role, reporting and discussing problems and irregularities to help define appropriate procedures and actions.
✔ Assist students with comorbidities in moving around the school when requested;
✔ Monitor isolated groups of students, while closely observing general student movement throughout school premises.
✔ Open and close classroom doors (at the start of class periods and at the beginning/end of recess/interval), maintaining student control in case the teacher is absent from the class (during teacher transition periods).
✔ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Employment Type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$1.900,00 per month
