Transfácil is a company specialized in money transfer and payment solutions, offering fast and secure services to facilitate financial transactions. **Responsibilities:** Conduct strategic monitoring of access points at public transportation stations to ensure compliance with usage regulations. Perform user access control, fare evasion prevention, and verification of fare exemptions and benefits. Provide customer service by guiding users on usage rules, system integrations, and transportation system operations. Record and report incidents—such as accidents, robberies, or hazardous situations—to supervisors or responsible monitoring personnel. Act preventively and informatively to contribute to the safety and orderly flow of users at stations. Previous experience as an Access Inspector, Security Agent, Access Monitor, or Security Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed elementary education required.
