We are on a major innovation journey, where new processes and products will be developed to deliver greater value to our customers; therefore, we hope you will join us on this journey. **Responsibilities and duties** You will be responsible for: * Leading, motivating, and developing the engineering and architecture team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment. * Overseeing the software development lifecycle, ensuring project delivery within scope, schedule, and defined quality standards. * Acting as a technical reference for the team, assisting in solving complex challenges, performing code reviews (Code Review), and ensuring the application of best engineering practices. * Promoting the team's technical maturity in topics such as DDD, TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. * Designing and documenting the architecture of new systems and the evolution of existing systems, focusing on scalability, security, and observability. * Establishing coding standards, use of REST Web APIs, and implementation of design patterns such as Dependency Injection (DI) and Inverse of Control (IoC). **Job Requirements** For this position, it is important that you have: * Experience managing software development teams. * Solid experience in software project management (Agile methodologies). * Programming experience with C\# and JavaScript languages. * Experience with TypeScript, DDD (Domain Driven Design), and TDD (Test Driven Development). * Experience with GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD using GitHub Actions. * Practical knowledge of Oracle and Postgres databases. * Practical knowledge of the listed AWS services (VPC, Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway, SQS, etc.) * Proficiency in source control systems, with emphasis on GIT. **Desirable Requirements** It would be advantageous if you had: * Business and financial knowledge. * Knowledge of financial institution processes. * Knowledge of credit products (Payroll Deductible Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Assignment, etc.). * Knowledge of banking services (Checking accounts, SPB, Pix, Billing). * Skills in mobile application development, especially Flutter (or .Net Maui). * Ability to create and manage images and containers, including Docker Compose and networks. * Linux: Familiarity with the operating system (Debian/Ubuntu), bash commands, and package management. * Networking and Security: Understanding of HTTP protocol, MTLS communication, use of Nginx, and tracing tools (trace). * Knowledge of the Delphi language is a differentiator due to potential integrations with legacy systems. **All our positions are open to people with disabilities (PcD).** If you have the above experiences and competencies, we are looking for a professional like you!
