We are looking for an experienced IT Governance professional with deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our architecture, processes, and Tech policies are fully compliant with requirements from the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN) and other applicable regulations, such as PCI. You will act as a bridge between technology, business, and compliance teams, ensuring the security of our payment infrastructure. **Responsibilities**: * Monitor and interpret BACEN regulations (e.g.: CMN Resolution 4.656/2018, Pix-related resolutions, among others) to ensure full adherence of Tech systems and processes * Coordinate the preparation of documentation and reports for submission to BACEN and other regulatory entities. * Act as the focal point during internal and external audits, including regulatory audits, providing necessary evidence and information. * Identify, assess, and mitigate Tech risks that could impact the stability, security, and integrity of operations. * Collaborate with the security team to implement cybersecurity controls, such as penetration testing, vulnerability management, and threat monitoring. * Ensure that new technology projects and changes to existing systems align with internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Promote awareness and training across teams on best practices in governance, security, and compliance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in IT Governance, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or IT auditing, preferably in the financial sector or fintechs. * Solid knowledge of IT Governance frameworks, such as **COBIT and ITIL**. * Experience in cybersecurity, operational risk management, and business continuity.
