




Job Summary: A professional responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and controlling materials, ensuring warehouse organization and traceability. Key Highlights: 1. Use of management tools and systems Warehouse Keeper Main Responsibilities * Receive, inspect, and store materials, ensuring compliance with purchase orders. * Control item entries, exits, and location assignments in the ERP system (inventory, tools, supplies, and PPE). * Organize the warehouse according to safety standards, 5S methodology, and handling efficiency. * Conduct periodic inventories and support internal audits. * Manage PPE distribution and record employee functional forms. * Process packaging, prepare shipments, and dispatch materials. * Monitor supply requests and validate purchasing needs. * Coordinate with engineering, operations, administration, and procurement departments. * Maintain specific tools and equipment (Lantek, Megohmmeter, Torque Wrench, Earth Resistance Tester, etc.). * Ensure traceability and proper organization of delivery notes and movement documentation. Requirements * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies are a plus). * Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or procurement. * Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse organization, and material handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with ERP systems. * Driver's license category B.
