Assemble Pilates equipment, operate machinery, and follow manufacturing instructions. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Completion of elementary school preferred. **Languages:** Not applicable. **Experience:** Not applicable. **Skills / Knowledge:** Ability to interpret indicator results / manual dexterity preferred. * Assemble Pilates equipment and accessories; * Operate machinery; * Sort and package products; * Monitor product quality; perform rework when necessary; * Organize goods and raw materials within the department; * Conduct department inventory; * Report production line issues to immediate supervisors; * Load and unload products; * Ensure tidiness, order, cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline in the department and common factory areas—per the 5S methodology; * Comply with workplace safety requirements; * Alert the team leader and/or production supervisor upon detecting process anomalies; * Actively participate in team meetings; * Train new operators at the workstation as required by the team leader; * Adhere to the HSE Policy in daily activities, striving to minimize waste generation and conserve natural resources (water, energy, etc.).
