Supervise administrative operations across two hospital units, ensuring proper routine execution, workflow organization, service quality, and process efficiency.
Manage support areas to ensure standardization, compliance with institutional policies, and operational support to units.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise administrative and operational routines of the units;
* Ensure proper functioning of reception desks, service workflows, and demand organization;
* Monitor and address customer feedback, ensuring registration, routing, and resolution;
* Monitor and analyze operational indicators;
* Standardize and optimize processes, ensuring efficiency and reduction of operational errors;
* Validate and ensure adherence to internal workflows, routines, and procedures;
* Coordinate with internal departments to align and streamline operations;
* Supervise support services such as hygiene and cleaning, ensuring environmental organization and standards;
* Support and monitor internal and external audits, ensuring compliance of administrative processes;
* Prepare management reports and support decision-making;
* Manage personnel within assigned teams (reception and support), including recruitment, performance monitoring, and evaluation;
* Plan and monitor staff schedules, vacations, and team sizing;
* Conduct operational training and process standardization;
* Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions in workflows;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields;
* Negotiation techniques;
* Service indicators;
* Operational routines;
* People management policies;
* Experience in Certification/Accreditation processes;
* Management software.
**Desirable:**
* Hospital routines or healthcare experience
