Maintain relationships with clients and contract stakeholders **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR – CONSERVADORA** We are seeking an **Operational Supervisor** to oversee service contracts (cleaning, security, and custodial services), ensuring organization, productivity, and quality in activity execution. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational teams (cleaning assistants, security guards, custodians, and supervisors) * Conduct frequent visits to sites/condominiums * Ensure adherence to work schedules, coverage of absences, and vacation planning * Monitor service execution and delivery quality * Directly resolve operational issues * Conduct alignment meetings with team members and local leadership * Provide on-site guidance, feedback, and direction * Monitor operational indicators (absences, tardiness, productivity) * Ensure proper use of PPE, uniforms, and materials * Support onboarding of new team members * Maintain relationships with condominium managers, clients, and contract stakeholders **Requirements:** * Proven experience in outsourced cleaning/conservation services * Experience supervising operational teams * Experience working with condominiums is a plus * Valid Brazilian driver's license, Category B (mandatory) * Flexible availability * Dynamic, proactive profile with a sense of urgency * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organized and responsible * Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, spreadsheets, operational systems) **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3\.438,63 \+ additional allowances * 10% bonus for using corporate equipment * CAJU card for refueling the corporate vehicle * Meal allowance: R$ 31,34/day (no deduction) * R$ 200,00 attendance bonus * Day off * TotalPass (optional) * Medical assistance (Cartão de Todos after probation period) * Corporate vehicle * Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM * Availability for operational demands as needed Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Pay Range: R$2\.001,37 \- R$3\.438,63 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food allowance * Company vehicle Selection Questions: * Do you have experience supervising in the cleaning/conservation field?
