Performs minor repairs and oversees contracted companies Job Description: CONDUCT DAILY INSPECTIONS AT SUBSTATIONS, GENERATORS, MALL L1 AND L2 LIGHTING, PARKING G1 AND G2, EMERGENCY STAIRCASES, EXTERNAL AREAS, MACHINE ROOMS, TECHNICAL GALLERIES, OFFICE AREAS, GREASE TRAPS, AND POTABLE WATER RESERVOIRS. PERFORM PREVENTIVE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE ON ELECTRICAL, HYDRAULIC, CCTV, EXHAUSTION, AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AS REQUIRED. CARRY OUT DAILY OPERATIONS BY SWITCHING ON OR OFF EQUIPMENT FOR CENTRAL CHILLED WATER AIR CONDITIONING, COMMON AREAS, TOILET EXHAUST FANS, MALL AND PARKING LIGHTING, AND TOILET LIGHTING AFTER CLOSING AND BEFORE SHOPPING CENTER OPENING. CONDUCT MONTHLY OR ON-DEMAND READINGS OF ENERGY AND WATER METERS FOR STORES, WAREHOUSES, AND COMMON AREAS. PERFORM EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AT MEDIUM- AND LOW-VOLTAGE SUBSTATIONS WHEN NECESSARY. OVERSEE CONTRACTED COMPANIES FOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS AT LOW- AND MEDIUM-VOLTAGE SUBSTATIONS. CARRY OUT CARPENTRY, MASONRY, IRONWORK, AND MINOR REPAIRS ON DOORS, WINDOWS, AND PARTITIONS WHEN REQUIRED.
