





Assist the lead teacher and pedagogical team in caring for, supervising, and ensuring the safety of students during various academic activities and daily routines, supporting children’s development by guiding them on hygiene, nutrition, and behavior; supervising free time and meals; and collaborating in organizing materials and communicating with staff and families—all under supervision and in compliance with the School’s guidelines. **01** Assist the lead teacher in conducting classroom activities—organizing materials, helping students complete tasks, observing and recording relevant information about child development (under guidance), and participating in project planning and evaluation—to optimize teaching work and contribute to the teaching-learning process. **02** Supervise and guide students (particularly Early Childhood Education through Grade 3) during personal hygiene activities (e.g., restroom use, tooth brushing), meals (main meals and snacks), and rest periods—addressing individual needs, organizing belongings (backpacks, soiled clothes), and promoting healthy eating habits—in order to foster autonomy, ensure well-being, and meet children’s basic needs. **03** Accompany and safeguard students’ safety during recess, playground time, park visits, field trips, excursions, and other movements within or outside the school—maintaining constant vigilance, instructing students on coexistence and safety rules, and intervening in risky or conflict situations—to ensure students’ physical integrity and appropriate conduct. **04** Warmly welcome students upon arrival at school and assist new students in their adaptation process—providing emotional support, facilitating interaction with peers and teachers, and monitoring integration difficulties—in order to create a welcoming and safe environment for all. **05** Report relevant observations (e.g., behavior, health status, learning difficulties) to the lead teacher, supervisor, or pedagogical team; assist in family communication when requested; and participate in meetings (pedagogical, parent-teacher, council)—to ensure timely flow of critical information for student follow-up and strengthen partnership with the school community. **06** Support general student discipline across school spaces—guiding students on coexistence rules, mediating minor conflicts under supervision, and referring more complex situations to the pedagogical team or supervisor—in order to help maintain a respectful and organized school environment. **07** Collaborate in maintaining cleanliness and organization of used spaces (classrooms, playground, cafeteria)—storing materials after use, guiding students on space stewardship, and reporting maintenance or deep-cleaning needs—to keep environments pleasant, functional, and safe. **08** Attend and actively participate in pedagogical meetings, professional development sessions, training workshops, and school-organized events—to enhance knowledge of child development and educational practices—and thereby improve professional practice and contribute more effectively to the team. **09** Carry out support tasks assigned by school leadership or supervision—such as internal messenger duties, assisting in event organization, or other related responsibilities—demonstrating initiative and collaboration to support the school’s smooth overall operation. **10** Perform duties with respect, affection, understanding, punctuality, and responsibility—maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues, students, and families—and adhering to the School’s guidelines and values—to foster a positive and ethical workplace environment.
