Collaboration with procurement and supplier analysis **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **JOB MISSION:** Ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and availability of the company's equipment and facilities through strategic planning and control of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements, contributing to operational excellence and product safety. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for equipment and facilities. Schedule technical shutdowns for maintenance in alignment with production departments, ensuring equipment availability. Develop and track maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. Monitor maintenance activities, record interventions performed, and analyze efficiency metrics. Manage the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), ensuring up-to-date equipment records and maintenance history. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). Control inventory of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance, preventing activity interruptions. Collaborate with the procurement department for acquisition of materials and technical services. Participate in technical evaluation of suppliers and service providers. Complete all forms required by the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring effectiveness and efficiency of company processes. Identify non-conforming situations and products to promptly inform immediate leadership of potential deviations, preventing adverse impact on the Quality Management System (QMS). **Authorities:** Approval/Rejection of Calibration Certificates **Requirements:** **Requirements:** Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields Computer literacy Basic knowledge of metrology **Desirable:** Technical knowledge in metrology and statistical methods.
