If you seek to join a **collaborative environment that values continuous learning and excellence**, come build this story with us and contribute to delivering greater quality, safety, and care to people's lives. **Hypofarma** **By your side for life.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work in **Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC)**, responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** of factory equipment and utilities. * Support **maintenance performance indicator management, work order control, scheduled shutdown planning, spare parts and materials control**, as well as contribute to **equipment reliability and continuous process improvement**, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Engineering, Administration, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields**. * Experience in **Planning and Maintenance Control (PMC)**. * Knowledge of **preventive and corrective maintenance planning and work order management**. * Experience with **maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, backlog)**. * Intermediate Office package proficiency, especially **Excel**. * **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in the **pharmaceutical industry or regulated environments**. * Knowledge of **computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).** **Additional Information** Benefits: Our essence is **care**.
