Responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas Our property management and conservation company is seeking a Janitor to join our team; playing a fundamental role in ensuring environmental quality and preservation through minor repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and masonry installations (e.g., light bulb replacement, unclogging drains, door and lock repairs, etc.). Perform cleaning and maintenance of common areas of the building or facility. Monitor and maintain installations and equipment in good condition. Control the use of cleaning materials and equipment. Ensure order and organization of environments. Requirements and Qualifications: ***** Shift schedule of 12 hours on / 36 hours off, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour break, Availability to work on a 12-on/36-off rotating shift. * Immediate availability to start.
