Job Summary: The Driver Instructor is responsible for training, qualifying, and evaluating bus and auxiliary drivers through practical and theoretical classes, aiming to improve performance, promote defensive driving, and ensure compliance with laws. Conduct courses on traffic legislation and basic mechanical concepts. **DIVISION:** Urban Collective Transportation **POSITION:** Driver Instructor **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Train, qualify, and evaluate bus and auxiliary drivers through both practical and theoretical classes, aiming to improve performance, promote defensive driving, reduce maintenance/fuel costs, and ensure compliance with traffic laws. **MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Practical Training:** Deliver driving, maneuvering, defensive driving, and economical driving classes using fleet vehicles. * **Driver Evaluation:** Conduct practical and theoretical tests to retrain or assess newly hired drivers. * **Theoretical Training:** Conduct courses on traffic legislation, first aid, defensive driving, and basic mechanical concepts. * **Monitoring:** Observe driver behavior on the road and track consumption indicators. * **Maintenance:** Provide guidance on the standard operating procedure (SOP) for daily vehicle inspection (tires, fluid levels, brakes). * **Safety:** Prevent accidents and, in some cases, respond to incidents on the road. **WHAT WE SEEK:** * Valid driver's license compatible with the vehicle category (Class D or E) held for at least 2 years; * Traffic Instructor Training Course (accredited by DETRAN and CONTRAN); * In-depth knowledge of traffic legislation (Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB); * Teaching and training methodology skills; * Technical knowledge of basic mechanics and economical driving. **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Salary negotiable; * Meal allowance of R$ 900.00; * UNIMED Health Plan (co-payment); * PRODENTAL BRASIL Dental Plan; * Free BHBUS and Ótimo bus passes; * SEST SENAT and its benefits; * Partnership with Pratique Fitness Academy; * Bem Cuidar Program (Preventive Health Actions); * Life Insurance. **Interested candidates may send their PDF resume to 31 98377\-8459 \- Attn: Nathalie Miranda** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: starting from R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Food basket * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
