Job Summary: Work in Technology and Digital Transformation, monitoring and maintaining IT environments to ensure availability, stability, performance, and operational security. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced administration and support for servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure. 2. Participation in technology improvement and upgrade projects. 3. Second-level technical support and infrastructure management. Work in the Technology and Digital Transformation area, monitoring and maintaining Information Technology environments to ensure availability, stability, performance, and operational security. Performing activities related to **server, network, storage, cloud service, and operating system administration, monitoring, and advanced support**, ensuring operational continuity and aligning infrastructure with the organization’s strategic business needs. Participating in **infrastructure improvement, technology upgrade, and expansion projects**, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Support supervision and maintenance of servers and networks, ensuring operational efficiency and security. 2\. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines on networking equipment, including switches, routers, firewalls, and security systems. 3\. Support the management and oversight of backup policies, antivirus solutions, software updates, and information security practices, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legislation such as LGPD and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet. 4\. Conduct analysis and diagnostics (troubleshooting) for critical network and server incidents, proposing definitive solutions and addressing root causes. 5\. Document technical procedures, network topologies, and infrastructure changes, maintaining updated and auditable records. 6\. Provide second-level technical support to end users and internal teams, training and advising on best practices for system and equipment usage. 7\. Perform remote and/or on-site maintenance of devices accessing the internal network. 8\. Participate in planning and executing technology upgrade, migration, and new infrastructure solution implementation projects. 9\. Collaborate with IT, telecommunications, CCTV, Wi\-Fi, and security service providers, monitoring execution and ensuring adherence to company standards. 10\. Assist in supporting Linux and Windows servers—physical, virtual, and AWS cloud-based—as well as networking equipment, switches, routers, firewalls, cybersecurity tools, and backup routines. 11\. Monitor network performance indicators, propose performance improvements, and ensure high service availability. 12\. Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Office 365, and other corporate systems. 13\. Assist in ensuring logical and physical network performance by performing installations, configurations, replacements, and maintenance within the infrastructure environment. 14\. Ensure proper operation of the structured cabling environment. 15\. Work collaboratively with development, information security, and digital transformation teams to enhance operational efficiency and technological innovation. 16\. Stay up-to-date with infrastructure trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve IT processes and services. 17\. Comply with LGPD and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet regulations. 18\. Stay current on trends within the field of expertise and on new tools, features, and technologies available in the market. 19\. Comply with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and occupational health standards and procedures. 20\. Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the role. 21\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, adhering to organizational and coexistence guidelines. Perform other professional duties related to and inherent in the position, as directed by supervisors.
