





Description: * Perform pre-preparation of fruits, vegetables, and farm products (vegetables, leafy greens, meats, fruits, and eggs) and sorting of cereals (beans, chickpeas, etc.) for meal preparation, adhering to scheduling, hygiene, and safety regulations; * Prepare salads, desserts, snacks, fruit purees, and light meals; * Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of additional snacks, following medical prescriptions and/or observations indicated on the diet chart and labels. * Daily prepare pediatric meal trays according to the day’s menu; * Follow established portion standards for distribution at Santa Casa BH, São Lucas Hospital, and the Geriatric Institute; * Clean and sanitize the work area, including walls, windows, ceiling, floor, grills, countertops, and trash bins as per the cleaning schedule, along with other duties pertinent to the position. 2512070202191555901
