Opportunity for growth within an established company. **Workshop Supervisor – Automotive Sector (Clutches)** **Location: Belo Horizonte/MG – Califórnia Unit (BR\-040\)** Ideal Embreagens is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to work in the automotive clutch segment. We are looking for a professional with solid technical experience and leadership capabilities to coordinate a team and ensure the quality of services delivered. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate, assign, and monitor workshop team activities; * Directly handle technical tasks when necessary; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations; * Monitor the performance of mechanics and assistants, providing technical guidance; * Conduct technical inspections and release finished products; * Ensure compliance with operational procedures; * Promote internal process improvements; * Guarantee proper use of tools, PPE, and equipment; * Maintain workplace organization and discipline. Requirements: * Proven experience as a workshop supervisor, team leader, or workshop head; * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics, preferably with a focus on clutches; * Completed high school education (technical training is considered a plus); * Experience managing teams; * Organized, proactive, and responsible profile. Compensation and Benefits: * Salary: R$ 3\.600,00 \+ commission (including hazardous-duty allowance and position-based allowance); * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM; * Food allowance (after probation period); * Unimed health plan (after probation period); * Pharmacy benefit plan (after probation period); * Breakfast and afternoon coffee provided by the company.
