Receptionist function Control the entry flow of employees, visitors, suppliers, vehicles, and others by standing at the condominium/company reception desk, inquiring about their purpose, and requesting identification; Sort various incoming mail and documents received at the reception desk via postal service, sign for them, and forward them to residents and/or building managers or company departments using protocols when necessary for proper delivery.
