Job Summary: Accounting Analyst focused on journal entries, reconciliations, closings, and preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance and supporting audit activities. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for accounting analyses and monthly/annual closings. 2. Support in tax calculations and fixed asset control. 3. Handling audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. * Execute and analyze accounting journal entries, ensuring correct account classification * Perform accounting and bank reconciliations * Carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings * Prepare and analyze trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE) * Support calculation of direct and indirect taxes in coordination with the tax department * Control fixed assets, depreciation, amortization, and accounting provisions * Respond to internal and external audits by providing information and documentation * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, applicable legislation, and internal policies * Support preparation of management reports and financial indicators * Analyze accounting variances and identify inconsistencies for correction * Support budgeting and financial planning processes * Maintain organization and archiving of accounting documents * Collaborate with tax, finance, and controller departments Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.214,66 \- R$4\.293,50 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
