The professional will be responsible for controlling the entry and exit of vehicles/people at the entrance gate, recording such activities in the condominium's designated logbook; announcing visitors and directing them to the individuals they are seeking; monitoring movement within internal areas either on-site or via internal surveillance systems, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate actions as stipulated by established procedures; answering telephone calls and transferring them to their respective recipients, along with other duties related to this position.
