Mail management and incident logging 3. 12x36 work schedule Job Description – Corporate Condominium Concierge **Position:** Concierge **Work Location:** Corporate Condominium **Department:** Concierge / Asset Security Job Objective Control the access of people, vehicles, and service providers within the premises of the corporate condominium, ensuring **security, organization, and compliance with internal regulations**. Main Responsibilities * Control the **entry and exit of people**, visitors, and employees of companies located in the condominium. * Identify and **register visitors and service providers**. * Authorize access only upon **approval from the company or responsible party**. * Monitor security cameras (CCTV) when available. * Control **vehicle entry and exit**. * Receive, register, and forward **mail and packages**. * Maintain an updated **incident logbook**, recording relevant events during the shift. * Ensure compliance with **condominium rules**. * Alert security, management, or authorities in case of **suspicious or emergency situations**. * Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education. * Prior experience as a concierge or access controller (preferred). * Good communication skills and professional demeanor. * Attention to detail, responsibility, and discipline.
