Your Mission at Sicoob: As a Process and Performance Assistant, you will play a vital role in member satisfaction and agency efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: * **Excellent Service:** Receive and assist members in person and by phone (clarifying questions about products, services, and use of electronic channels). * **Operational Support:** Ensure process flow, such as account opening, updating registration information, document verification, and basic transactions. * **Commercial Support:** Actively contribute to achieving agency goals by identifying and guiding members toward products and services that meet their needs. * **Efficiency:** Direct and expedite service requests, ensuring demands are effectively resolved or properly referred. **Requirements:** * **Behavioral:** Strong communication skills, proactivity, impeccable organization, and rigorous attention to detail and processes. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * **Preferred:** Previous experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions. * **Education:** Completed high school (minimum requirement).
