It will be considered a differentiator if you: * Have commercial experience in dealerships; * Have knowledge of Apollo and Syonet corporate systems. * Provide customer service either in showroom or digitally/via calls, applying the manufacturer's standard methodology, with a friendly, enthusiastic and courteous attitude, solid product knowledge, identifying customer needs and presenting product mix and benefits aiming to ensure business closure and achieve targets set by the Commercial Management. * Achieve monthly sales, balancing volume, ISC (Customer Satisfaction Index), profitability, accessories, F\&I and services, striving to meet both Group and individual goals. * Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives, negotiating payment terms, prices and delivery schedules, thus finalizing sales and achieving established targets set by the department management. * Perform prospecting of new customers through digital tools and/or calls, using social media, email marketing and other online platforms to reach potential customers and making outbound calls to qualified leads, providing personalized and consultative service. * Monitor the sales funnel, tracking all stages of the sales process from initial prospecting to closing. * Analyze sales funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, adjusting strategies as needed, segmenting customers according to their stage in the sales funnel, personalizing approaches and communications to maximize conversion chances. * Daily register in the corporate system the complete history of all customer interactions (phone, email, showroom, reception, qualification, vehicle presentation, test drive, negotiation, delivery, portfolio management and lost sales) including reasons and follow-ups, in order to keep information updated and generate data for future improvements analysis. * Prepare sales proposals through the corporate system, ensuring the product is available in stock, in transit or part of the monthly plan, following internal department guidelines, aiming to provide the customer with truthful information about the negotiation, promoting satisfaction and ensuring the expected outcome for the department. * Monitor the entire sales process (registration, accessory installation, used vehicle process when applicable), tracking customer payments to ensure the agreed delivery deadline and maintain total customer satisfaction. * Oversee vehicle deliveries, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. * Represent Grupo NewChase dealership at trade shows, events and new product launches, promoting brand vehicles and services. * Perform other tasks assigned by the area manager. 2511080202181856911
