




**Description:** Painter – Concordia Unit **Salary:** R$ 2.243,63 + benefits **Schedule:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday; Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Required:** Completed elementary education; experience in building and industrial painting. **Desirable (an advantage for the candidate, but not a requirement for hiring):** Completed high school education; NR 35; NR 34; Fire Brigade Training Course. Perform general painting services on walls, ceilings, beds, cabinets, tables, etc.; surface preparation and preparation of acrylic and automotive paints; use of spray guns and painting machinery; Perform finishing work on plaster surfaces on interior walls and ceilings of the Hospital; perform corrective maintenance on walls, floors, ceilings, and other civil structures; reading of technical drawings; active participation in departmental and organizational training programs; painting of external and internal surfaces, including scraping, applying filler, and applying layers of paint as needed; covering ceilings, walls, and other physical structures of the building; preparing surfaces to be painted by scraping and sanding manually or with electric sanders; removing corrosion and applying filler paste, synthetic filler, and antioxidant compounds; preparing paint by adding diluents, drying agents, pigments, solvents, and other additives in appropriate quantities to achieve desired color, viscosity, homogeneity, and adhesion; performing painting services on walls, ceilings, doors, windows, beds, cabinets, tables, metal fixtures, safety signage, and other structures using required equipment; preparing painting materials while observing required quantities to achieve desired color and quality; following manufacturers’ recommendations for products used; maintaining a clean and organized workplace, collecting and properly storing waste, scrap, and other residues in designated containers and locations to ensure hygiene, safety, and environmental protection; safeguarding materials, tools, and equipment under one’s responsibility to extend their useful life; performing tasks in compliance with occupational safety requirements, correctly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhering to behavioral standards, complying with applicable legislation and internal regulations; performing other related duties of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment, as required or at the discretion of one’s supervisor; participating in and suggesting improvements to quality tools, verification procedures, applicability of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk Management, and Process Mapping; attending training sessions provided by the Institution; complying with safety, environmental control, and legislative requirements applicable to one’s activities 2512200202551929321
